Gorder Family House-boat designed and built by Buzz Gorder in 1984 that still is a “Portlandia” icon for sustainable living with silos as domes.

Historic major renovation of a building from 1986 into a modern office for Nelson Smith Immigration Law Firm. Gorder Design was the design lead of the integrated team with architects, engineers and contractors.

Gorder Design worked with ecoREAL to provide a holistic design build approach to the retail store renovation, including a cost-effective construction approach with additional Energy Trust Incentives.
